Graham was born and raised in Port Angeles, WA. He is a licensed attorney and CPA. His great, great grandfather, John Ralston was the first judge of Clallam and Jefferson county, serving from 1912 - 1933.

He spent 8 years in Washington, D.C. running the Department of Transportation's, Office of Small Business where he served thousands of small business owners providing them legal, financial, technical, and procurement assistance. Graham takes on a limited number of clients because of his focus on other entrepreneurial endeavors and writing.

He graduated from Port Angeles, High School in 2003, the University of Washington in 2005, and Seattle University School of Law in 2009.
